Quick Disconnect

Premium line, Etc. trade name for push on style crimped terminal that mates onto a flat blade (male terminal or terminal block). Quick disconnects are common on home electronics such as hi-fi equipment, televisions, etc. Also called "quick connect" connectors. The most popular width is .250".

QUIP

Quad In-line Package. A leaded package similar in construction to a DIP except that the leads are formed into two rows on each side. The leads are normally on 0.050" centers and are formed alternately into rows that are on 0.100" centers.
